The place of purpose in business and ministry

The more problems you solve the richer you become.

Every profession is solving a problem and meeting a need.

Such as Accounting, farming, teaching, fashion designing, trading, banking, engineering, and many more.

You are born to solve one problem or the other.

If you don't know the problem you are born to solve yet, it means you are yet to discover yourself....

You need to discover yourself to know the problem you are to solve.

I understanding the place of purpose in business and ministry I will be discussing on 3 main key

*Problem

*People

*Place

If you were asked to define a business, the first thing that could come to your mind quickly is a physical set-up, an imagined organization or a visible enterprise.

There are two perspectives of business; we have the enterprise perspective and activity perspective.

The Enterprise Perspective defines business as that organization that make, distribute or provides any goods or services which the society need and are willing and able to pay the price such as Google, Amazon, Cocacola, Unilever, etc.

 The Activity Perspective defines business as the human activities that engage the person using his or her skills and capacities to add value to a process in return for which he or she gets a reward e.g. Painting, Teaching, Farming, Trading, etc.

In general, a business is any activities or enterprise that solves a problem in order to make profit.

So if you are not making profit, you are not doing business.

You are probably running an NGO or charity organization

While Ministry is anything you do that promotes the kingdom of God or propagate God's kingdom on earth.

The place of purpose in business and ministry is that, no one is born useless, everyone has something to offer.

Every child born is a solution to someone's problem.

And a business is all about solving problems and getting paid for it.

The richest people in the world are looking for problems to solve to create wealth.

You can mention their names.

The more problems you solve the richer you become.

Problems can be an opportunity for greatness; every problem is a stepping stone to a greater height.

*The greatest success stories were created by people who recognized a problem and turned it into an opportunity.*

Blessings are problems in disguise, problems are everywhere and they can never cease in the existence of man, as the solution to a problem may become a problem that requires another solution to address, and on it goes.

You have to identify the problem you can solve to start your business and ministry.

The equation for the creation of wealth is as follows;

Problem   >  Solution     >   Value    >  Wealth

You are rewarded in kind or in cash for every problem you solve.

Now I will be moving on to *People*.

Though you are born to solve a problem but you are sent to a particular kind of people.

If your business is for everyone then you are not in business

You have to know your clients / customers.

When you discover the problem you are to solve the next thing to find out is who those that need my service are.

Not everyone in the market is your customer...

This is the flow....

Suspects (All in the market)  >  Prospects (People in market area with a need for your products/service) > Hot Leads (People in the market area with the ability to pay > Actual Customers (People in the market with a need, who have the ability to pay)

You need to identify the *People* you are sent to, who needs your service and can afford it.

Then profile them

I am moving to *place*...

Once you have identified the problem, people, then u have to locate your place.

Because a Man in his rightful place can never be displaced

Your place is your location.

Your location determines your allocation

God placed you in a place to find purpose…

If you embrace the place He has placed you,

You will embrace the purpose He has placed you there.

Don't be in a haste to leave the place God has placed you probably because you haven't found your desired result.

Spend time on it because what you spend time on will definitely grow and hatch.

It's like the Hen sitting on her eggs to hatch them.

Once she starts laying, she will never move them away to find another place for any reason.

Before laying her eggs, she first looks for a suitable place to lay and brood her eggs.

You need to do that.

I get surprised when I ask young people that "Which job or business will you like to do" and they say ANYONE.

My dear, you can't do any job or business

You have to find the job or business in line with your passion and you have the potential for...

Or else you will be frustrated in life.

The same applies to ministry

There is a place of purpose in business and ministry...
